tx motorcycle inspection
is it true in Tx for 50 cc scooters you dont need a motorcycle license, insurance or plates?
I have been asking around and have heard that for a 50cc Roketa Sicily scooter in Texas you are not required to have insurance, motorcycle, license or license plates- just a helmet and drivers license is enough. is this true? what about inspection?
